Manaslu Circuit Trek

Manaslu Region, Nepal — 12 Days/11 Nights

The Manaslu Circuit is one of Nepal’s quieter high-altitude treks — a restricted area only opened to trekkers in 1991, circling Mount Manaslu (8,163m) through the remote Nubri Valley. The route moves from subtropical lowland villages up through Tibetan Buddhist communities to the trek’s high point, Larkya La Pass (5,160m), before dropping into the Annapurna region at Dharapani. Fewer trekkers, more remote infrastructure, and a strong sense of stepping into an older version of Himalayan trekking.
